If you want to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellation is not possible after that.

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, you can contact us via the contact form. Returning items without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must not have any damage caused by the customer and there must be proof of purchase + a real photo or video.

If the 90 day warranty is used, the product must be returned unless otherwise agreed with customer service.

The order will be processed as soon as the transaction is complete. There may be delays with instant bank transfer.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the package is returned to us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

To initiate a return process, you must contact us. We will then help you and provide information about the return procedure.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

The costs of return shipments are borne by the buyer. We do not provide returns slips.

Special notes

If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement if both contracts form a single economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for this.

Some products may differ from those shown on the website. We cannot guarantee a refund for these. We also reserve the right to send a product with slight variations should this be necessary to meet demand. In such a case, we will of course endeavor to keep the deviations as small as possible and not affect the quality of the product.

In the case of "gift" products, we can only offer as many as are in stock. Therefore, these may not be available for some orders.

In specific situations of stock restrictions, we reserve the right to send our products in alternative packaging. However, the contents are identical and meet the high standards of our brand.

Parcel centers / packing stations

Deliveries to packing stations, parcel centers or similar cannot be successfully delivered and are therefore automatically returned to the sender. We cannot offer a refund in this case and the costs for a new shipment are borne by the buyer.

Hygiene guidelines

Products that come into contact with the mouth, skin or body cannot be refunded as they cannot be resold.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to the wrong address. Please ensure that you always provide the correct and current address. Refunds for orders sent to the wrong address are not possible. Please note that the product images shown may differ from the actual product.

We reserve the right to charge an increased handling fee of 50% of the purchase price including shipping in case of refusal.

We reserve the right to charge a new shipping fee in the event of a further delivery attempt. Furthermore, parcels that are automatically returned to the sender are considered "refused".

Please note that a refund of the purchase price is not guaranteed in all situations if the desired results are not achieved. The ingredients contained in the product have a proven effect on most skin types. However, in individual cases, the expected effect may not be achieved.

Due to high demand and viral spread, products may occasionally be supplied in alternative packaging. However, we would like to assure you that the contents of the product are unchanged and of consistent quality. By placing your order, you acknowledge this possibility and there is no right to a refund due to different packaging. Furthermore, we do not accept returns or refunds after the product has been used.

Please note that the size increase may vary individually, depending on your body weight. For the best possible increase in your stature, we recommend wearing multiple layers, including shoes, socks and other clothing.

Please note that due to the Chinese New Year celebrations, all orders placed from January 28th onwards may be subject to a shipping delay of 1 to 2 weeks. This could lead to delivery delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this special time and are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible.

The term 'orthopedic' or similar expressions used for our products merely describe their design and do not imply any medical endorsement or certification. We assume no liability for possible injuries or health issues resulting from their use.
